I have been in the cleaning service or house cleaning industry for not too long, but we have cleaned more than 1000 homes already.
For average home to high-end multi-mullion dollars home in Florida specifically in Palm Beach County. That house in Juno Beach that I did a deep cleaning service on it was mind-blowing.

2 weeks ago I received a request from Thumbtack and that was for a home deep-cleaning service.
When I receive a request the first thing is text the person and then call them. That's the thumbtack requirement.
Before contacting the lead you have to accept the request, by texting the customer or lead, then, you will have their contact information which is their phone number.
I texted on her on the phone she provided then called her after.
Thumbtack requires that you let the lead know that you're calling before making the call, but since the game is the fastest win. The person who gets in contact with the customer and has the cheapest price will get the deal.
I always text and call the lead right away.
I'm not the cheapest because, to pay my cleaners, and pay them well otherwise I won't have them for long.
That's why I get the best deal, not the cheapest.

My housekeeping staff spent 6 hours cleaning the house but they can't get it done, as she said. Now I need a professional cleaning company to do the job.
Me: Yes ma'am
Her: But you have to go to the house see it and give me a price. I will contact the nanny to meet you there and show you around.

Finally, we're here. But there's one problem.
8:30 am, I'm here with my van ready but my team is not.

My team: we're in traffic on I-95 there's an accident and I went we have only 5 hours.
I started to set everything up and finally, the first group showed up. But the fourth guy is not here yet, but I wasn't worried.
I started cleaning the windows on the 3rd floor until the last cleaner showed up.

The lady told one of my cleaners, the house took you guys 5 hours to clean and it's 4 of you! Oh my gosh!
But!
She was there stalking us the whole time. She saw how hard we were working. She even gives us 20 minutes to finish her master bedroom and bathroom.
2 people could not get it done after an hour, so I had to go and help them.
Anyways, I had to bring a ladder to clean the AC vent and some windows that my ladies could not reach.
She's rich and nice, and young as well.
How come someone so young is so wealthy?

I received the biggest tips ever!
She has 3 homes at the same place and quote her for all 3, but we cleaned the main one which is a 4,500sqft home and 2 others close to the main home that we cleaned.
I went did you paid me for the other 2 as well and she no! that was just the tip.
I was speechless
God make me find more clients like this.
